Not Able To Bring Up Videos From My Vimeo Album

I've recently purchased tubepress after a trial, but it's not able to bring up videos from my vimeo album after adding a new ID - these are videos I've added on my vimeo album - it just comes up with error saying that there's no matching videos.

Please help
