After Trying W3 Super Cache Thumbnails Won't Size Correctly

Best Answer brandon, 11 July 2014 - 10:46 PM

Hi Michael,

Glad to see that you got everything working properly again.

As for W3SC and/or Speed Booster and TubePress, we do not have any documentation on getting them to play nicely, sorry.

Thanks!

This is odd. I had the thumbnails all working just fine at 185 x139.

I then tried W3 Super Cache and Speed Booster Pack to try to improve site performance, but both interfered with the Tubepress Plugins appearing at all, so I disabled them both to try them another day.

However, now that they are both disabled, my Thumbnails are no longer sizing correctly. They are all bunched together now with their captions cut off.

It seems TubePress is no longer applying the custom thumbnail settings.

Not changes to CSS have been made. All I did was try out those two caching plugin I mentioned, then deactivated them.

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks,

Michael

Nevermind. I deactivated and re-activated Tubepress and reset it's thumbnail settings, and was able to get it to behave as expected again.

Speaking of W3 Super Cache and Speed Booster Pack, is there any documentation on how to configure either to work with Tubepress?

Thanks,

Michael

Okay. Thanks. I'll have to try the trial and error route. I've read that Tubepress does not play well with minifying features.
