I don't see the tubepress content folder I'm trying to install flexible thumbnail rows.

I'm in the WP-content folder and there's only 

plugins

themes

upgrade

uploads

index.php

 

What am I missing to see this folder?

If the folder doesn't exist, you can just go ahead and create it.
