I can't seem to figure out how to remove the scroll bars after you click on a video.

Any help would be appreciated:

Hi LJ,

Try editing tubepress_pro_2_2_0/sys/ui/static/players/shadowbox/lib/shadowbox.css by changing

#sb-player.html{height:100%;overflow:auto;}
to

#sb-player.html{height:100%;}
That seemed to fix it for me anyway. Let us know. Thanks!

Hi Eric,

That didn't fix the issue. Still see the scroll bars :(

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
LJ

Looks like you didn't make the change? I still see overflow:auto at http://www.babygizmo...pr...dowbox.css

I have Tubepress Pro 2.2.9 and the file noted above, ... /sys/ui/static/players/shadowbox/lib/shadowbox.css, doesn't seem to exist. Where can I change the code to get rid of the scroll bars?

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tony,

The path sys/ui/static/players/shadowbox/lib/shadowbox.css is still valid with version 2.2.9. Since you're using TubePress Pro, can you confirm that you've installed Shadowbox as per the optional TubePress Pro installation docs?

I had tried that before, but for some reason, when I click on the .zip file/image, nothing downloads. I assume I'm supposed to be click on the image above ZIP (?) as I don't see any other link for downloading. Is there another source for Shadowbox with the necessary Tubepress settings?

Update: I found an alternate download of Shadowbox 3.0.3 on Softpedia and added it to my Tubepress Pro plugin. The videos are still playing in a pop-up window however, despite my settings being for them to play in Shadowbox. The pop-up window is still showing the sidebars as well. Eric - perhaps if you have a zip file of Shadowbox with the right Tubepress settings, you could link to it from your site?

Thanks,
Tony

I found a discussion on the shadowbox forum that indicates there's a major problem with their distribution. Here is some more info.

As a workaround, here's how you can get the working Shadowbox code into TubePress Pro...

  • Download the latest (free) version of the WordPress plugin and unzip it.
  • Copy the files at tubepress/sys/ui/static/players/shadowbox/lib into your TubePress Pro installation at tubepress_pro_x_y_z/sys/ui/static/players/shadowbox/lib
I'm not entirely sure of the legality of me re-distributing Shadowbox otherwise, so please give this method a try. Let me know how that works for you. Thanks for the heads up!

That worked, Eric! Thanks!

Have you any thoughts on my question about how many videos are being displayed?
