Hi Daniel,
1) Tubepress Express is different that TubePress Pro, so yes, there is a different charge for that product.
2) Within TubePress Express, if you go to the Thumbnails tab and scroll down to the bottom, you will see the "YouTube Black Bars Remover" section. Simply flip that switch to "On" and you're all set.
3) On the "Player" tab, look for the option called "Auto-play all videos" and make sure it is toggled to "on" (check mark)

Hello again.
Urgently - how do I pay for the cloud? My Tubepress Pro is paid up till August BUT my cloud has suddenly disappeared and just left this msg in my source:
TubePress ERxpress - Expired
Help - fast as, please

Hi Daniel,
From within your express.tubepress.com account, please go to Profile (by selecting your name in the upper left corner) and then Manage Purchases.
You should be able to renew your TubePress Express order from there. Also, you should have received an email stating that your renewal was approaching. You may want to check your spam folder.
