Best Answer scrappy, 12 February 2014 - 05:27 PM

Hi Scrappy,

Please update your tubepress install to 3.1.5, as this issue was fixed with that version.

Thanks!

Thanks Brandon!! That did the trick.

Suddenly, w/o changes to my website, it shows this instead of the video thumbnails when one tries to bring up the web page that I have Tubepress installed on: "Connect () timed out!"

I was running TubePress Pro version 3.0.1. when it gave the error "Connect () timed out" when slowly loading the page.  I updated to version 3.1.4.  Now it just hangs the page up and it won't load at all?  I have had to completely remove it from the page for now.  The page loads perfectly without it.  I purchased TubePress Pro about a year ago.  I have had more problems with it and more time with it not working than I have had it up and running.  Great when it works, but wow.....what a pain at this point.  PLEASE HELP.

I will definitely not renew if this cannot be fixed and working for a while.  It is just too much work.

Hi Scrappy,

Could you provide me a link to a page where you have TubePress in use and that it is not working so that I can troubleshoot your issue for you?

If you do not wish to post it here, kindly PM it to me.

Thanks!

Brandon,

I put Tubepress back on my website page.  The page loads today fine (yesterday, it would not load, so I took Tubepress off it) and the Tubepress thumbnails now display, but nothing happens when one clicks on them.  Also, trying to go to "next' page using Tubepress does not display the next page of videos as it should.

Thanks for any help you can give me on getting this working ASAP would be much appreciated.

scrappy,

widgets.js is reporting that "ReferenceError: TubePressGallery is not defined"

I'm not sure what is supplying you the widgets.js but it is not TubePress.

To find the offending plugin, you could disable all plugins, check TubePress functionality and then turn each plugin back on, one at a time, always checking tubepress functionality.

Let us know!

Thanks!

I disabled ALL my very few and trusted plugins completely all at once.  I then only activated your TubePress plugin.  The video thumbnails still show, but the WILL NOT play when clicked on.  Definitely NOT a plugin conflict.  Next solution please?  Thanks again.  http://www.LawAbidingBiker.com/Video
