I'm installing TubePress 3.1.4 on a WordPress 3.8 multi-site install, and I'm having problems with the "No matching videos" error whenever I try to use the user channel.

 

If I configure via the GUI and then use the shortcode:

[tubepress]

 

it fails.

 

Or, if I ignore the GUI and use:

[tubepress mode="user" userValue="berkeleyjuggling"]

(or, [tubepress mode="user" uservalue="Berkeley Juggling Club"]

 

But if I use a playlist ID, it works.

[tubepress mode="playlist" userValue="PLoSbg8f4eKEFSPkl9LNDSDbGQySuRh_xD"]

Would you please try using this shortcode on your page:

[tubepress mode="user" userValue="UCQkFqjhq9zliw431gHHkONw"]

and let us know if that displays properly for you.

Oddly, just now I looked at it again and it was (partly) working with "berkeleyjuggling" as the user; it was finding two or three videos but not the entire channel.

 

Using

 [tubepress mode="user" userValue="UCQkFqjhq9zliw431gHHkONw"]

it appears to be working as expected (finding the whole channel). Thanks.
