The fonts on the page and footer look like courier in IE7&8 and Chrome. Looks fine in Firefox 3+ http://www.3dphonere.../video-gallery/. Any suggestions on how to fix? Also, how to add some space around the thumbs(padding and/or cell spacing), as they look all too close together.

Were you able to resolve this? I checked your site in Firefox (Mac + Windows), Chrome (Mac + Windows), IE7, and IE8 but the fonts looked normal. Let me know and I'll be happy to help troubleshoot.

I noticed that you've edited the CSS at http://www.3dphonere...nt.../style.css. One thing that sticks out to me is that .tubepress_thumbnail_area is now at 90%. That could certainly squeeze the thumbs together. Were you experiencing this issue before you made that adjustment?

Hello,

It does not appear that TubePress is in use on your site.  Please link to a page that is using TubePress.

Thanks!

Just installed tubepress pro so we could get HD thumbnails. Thumbnails look like crap...

How do we activate HD version?

I'm pulling my hair out here, have to show client tonight.

Why are step by step instructions seemingly so hard to find?

Brad

Hi Brad,

The HD version you are referring to, I assume, is the HD Thumbnails?

You can set that by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > TubePress > Thumbnails > Use High Quality Thumbnails.

If your comment that the thumbnails look horrible is due to the black bars, that is part of the HD/HQ thumbnails that YouTube provides.  We do offer the "Black Bar removal" addon (available from the MarketPlace link at the top of this page)

Let us know if we can be of any more assistance.

Thanks!
