Hi,

 

Thank you for reporting this bug and we apologize for the delay in response. This was a bit of an unusual bug and it took us some time to investigate to make sure we found the real cause. We have rolled out a fix for the issue, and from what we can tell the problem is resolved.

 

Could you check your site to verify?

Hi,
I'm using the upgrated PRO version of your TUBEPRESS app on my page: www.firma-il.com
90% of the time, the app is not working well !!!
Sometimes it does work well on Google Chrome, but almost never on Explorer.

Attached PDF to show you:
page 1 - This is how things should look like when everything is OK
page 2 - Explorer - No thumbnails...
page 3 - Chrome - All thumbnails are not in order, scattered///
page 4 - Explorer+Chrom - When I'm trying to go full screen, there's an error
page 5 - Explorer+Chrom - This what happends after 4 - the whole site is going bad... - no menu, no video... the whole site "disappears".
Sometimes, on Explorer+Chrom - nothing shows up at all - no thumbnails, no titels- nothing...there's an OOPS error many times.
Why is that? can you fix this right away?

Do you know what caused all these bugs?

Can I prevent them from happening somehow in the future?

Hi Roni,

 

Very glad to hear that the problem is resolved. It's was due to a configuration of one of our servers. We were applying an image optimization technique (Mirage 2) that had unexpected effects when used inside a Wix website. We've disabled this feature, so there is nothing that you need to do from your end.
