Hi Guys,

 

I'm seeing a lot of threads for thumbnails not loading videos, and I've tried most of the solutions that have worked for others. I just updated to 3.1.1, and have contacted WPEngine who is currently on PHP 5.3.2. I've tried changing the Advanced load to "POST", and still not seeing them work (I'm in the latest version of chrome).

 

Any ideas?

Hi Jordan,

 

Looks like you're loading some of TubePress's JavaScript from a CDN. e.g.

 

http://worshipmediac...js/tubepress.js

 

When you upgraded TubePress, the CDN didn't get updated. So you're serving a stale copy of some of TubePress, and thus running into an error. The solution is thus to purge and reload the TubePress files stored on your CDN.

Thanks for the response. Looks like clearing the Object Cache and resetting file permissions did the trick...
