yes it is writeble, I created by myself with 777 permission via FTP
Try this value for "Cartella cache":
/var/www/web6/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/cacheGo to the full post

Hi, as you can see here http://www.nokioteca...o-di-nokioteca/
I get "Failed to create cache path" error after upgrading 3.1.1.
In attach you can see "cache" settings..
Cache.JPG 52.7KB
0 downloads
How can I fix it?
Thanks

This means that TubePress is unable to create a directory in your system's temp directory. The quick workaround would be to simply disable the cache by unticking the box at "Attiva cache". The better solution would be to provide an absolute path to a writable directory on your system under the "Cartella cache" setting.
Does that make sense?

Do I have to uncheck "Attiva cache" if I provide an absolute path?
This path is correct? /html/blog/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/cache
Thanks
Alessio

Hi Alessio,
If you, or your hosting provider, can confirm that /html/blog/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/cache is writable, then you can leave "Attiva cache" checked. If it's not a writable directory, you'll get the "Failed to create cache path" error.

sorry, but if I leave "Attiva cache" checked I get the "Failed to create cache path" error...
Edit...
And it works good if:
- I uncheck "Attiva cache" and set /html/blog/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/cache in "Cartella cache"
- I uncheck "Attiva cache" and I leave blank "Cartella cache"
