Before I purchased the tubepress app for my wix website, it was advertised that the app would automatically update my youtube playlists unto my website. However, when I add a video to my youtube playlist, it is not automatically updated on my website's tubepress app. I have to manually adjust and update playlist through the app settings on my website's editor each time I add a video. (which at times does not update correctly) What is wrong with the app? My website is www.maddenintendo.com and the app is in several tabs on my website, most noticeably under "video feed".

Hello O_Be_1,
Unfortunately this is an issue beyond the control of Tubepress as we depend on YouTube to update the available videos via the API, and there are times that the YouTube service is fairly slow with this. Please also try pressing Ctrl+F5 in order to force a full reload of the page, ignoring any cached files.
Let us know.
Thanks!

But even when the video is available on tubepress, most of the time it does not update until i manually make random adjustments in the app settings of my site editor. I just uploaded a new video today, and the app would not update until i changed the feed amount per page to 5 instead of 6. When the feed count was at 6, it would not load the latest vid, anywhere in my feed, but when i changed it to 5 per page it updated my videos. However, if I place the per page feed back to 6, the video is no longer shown anywhere in the feed on any of the pages?

Hi O_Be_1,
I just visited your site and I see the following video counts:
SM3D - 3 videos
COD - 6 Videos
Super Luigi - 8 Videos
Did you try pressing Ctrl+F5 (On Windows machine) to see if, after adding the newest video, it loads into Tubepress?
This sounds like a cache issue, most likely with your browser. By doing a "full refresh" your browser should pull everything anew.
Let us know.
Thanks!

the tubress app that is giving me the most issues is the one under "video feed". when i place the thumbnails settings to 5 videos per page, the latest video shows up after I mannually save and update in my site's editor through wix. however, when i change the thumbnail count 6 (without changing anything else) the latest video is no longer the highlighted video nor found anywhere on that page?
