Hello all. First off, I must say this is an incredible plugin! Wow, it just works! Anyway, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to make the gallery load faster? It's seems like it takes about 5-10 seconds for the gallery to show up. Any suggestions you might have?
I'm running a vimeo gallery using an album.
Thanks in advance,
-Matt

Hi Matt,
5-10 seconds seems extraordinarily long. Do you have a link to your site that you could share? Are you experiencing those load times when you view the galleries on tubepress.org? Thanks.

Eric,
Thanks for your response. The load time problem has seemed to go away.
However, I've found another problem. When I activate tubepress it removes my navigation thumbnails from the slider on my main page. I look into the html and my "thumbs" div tag looks like it's inheriting a hidden status:

Hi Matt,
Weird that it only is a problem when TubePress is active, as the CSS classes of your HTML elements don't overlap at all with TubePress. These thumbs are only on your front page, right? Here's a workaround that you could try: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=291#p946
Also, as for the load times, try enabling TubePress's cache from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Provider Feed. That will help to make your site a bit snappier, but I would also highly recommend using a "real" caching solution like http://wordpress.org...w3-total-cache/
