Hi Eric,

I updated TubePress and all plugins for simoneelkeles.com that rely on jQuery. The thumbnails still do not work. I refreshed my browser and even changed in the advanced setting...HTTP to POSTS and nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

John

John,

Your site is returning a: 403 Forbidden error regarding the ajaxendpoint.php file.

Please check your web hosting logs and permissions to figure out why this is happening.  If you can't find the logs, please contact your hosting provider.

Thanks!

Hello again,

http://simoneelkeles.com

Does this below have anything to do with (403 Forbidden error regarding the ajaxendpoint.php file) this? If so, my slider function is working once again, but TubePress still is not. I did manage to get the same video channel working in another site http://acutepsych.com/?page_id=5, so other than a php error, what could it be?

Thanks again,

John

Hi John,

What you have posted is not related to the issue you are having with the ajaxEndpoint.php file.

Your hosting provider will be able to help you pinpoint the cause of the 403 error, as it could be any number of things that I don't have access to see.

Let us know,

Thanks!
