Hi, im new in wordpress and i had start usin tubepress because i need a video gallery from vimeo.

If i use the option  to reproduce the videos "statically" when the page refresh it works just fine, the same if i use the option "play in vimeo page" it sends me to vimeo where the video is, but i dont need those options, i need to play the videos in a shadowbox, and here is where i have some problems, the gallery seems very nice with this option, but i click in the thumbnail and appears a shadowbox with a text that says loading..., but when it goes out the shadowbox is all black, i mean the video doesnt play, i dont get any error message or anithing, just shadowbox black.

if i try to use "jq modal happens the same thing, but is not a black box, in this ocation is white, but still doesn´t happens anything, if i try to play the video in the top of the gallery, only the first video works, when i click some thumbnail it get a little transparent but doesn´t change the vidio, i jus see the first video like i as if i had put alfa in the video.

i have read that the shadowbox get this problem when you instal another pluguin to see the images in shadowbox, (shadowbox JS), but i havent install this one, i just install sideshow for a fallery of images.

idon´t know why is this happening, dont know if is because im using a bitnami installation (i mean is not online, i'm working localy), but i don´t think this is a problem.

i hope some one can help me with this thing, i really need this gallery to work, if you need more information tellme what i need to tell you and i wil.

im using tubepress v 3.0.1 and wordpress v 3.5.1

designdish,

When I view the linked website, all I see is the [tubepress] shortcode typed in as standard text.  Please try using Wordpress's text editor to input the shortcode onto the page and see if that resolves your issue.

Let us know.

Thanks!

Designdish,

Also check the value of the "shortcode keyword" option at WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Advanced.  On that page, look for the field titled Shortcode Keyword.  Whatever word is there, is the word you need to type on your page between the [ and ].

Let us know.

Thanks!

Hi Brandon,

The shortcode keyword is working fine now. We temporarily choose "statically" to play each video to http://streetnascar.com/videos/

We cannot use the option to play each video normally(at the top of your gallery) because its not working properly, only the first video works and when you click on the other thumbnail it get a greyed transparent and it doesn't changed the new video either.

Their is also an error in ajax pagination if we checked the option Pro Ajax-enabled pagination. under tubepress option>thumbnails..

Please help hope we can sort this out...we need to play the video "normally".

Thank you.
