Can Get Multiple Youtube Playlists Working In A Single Gallery

Best Answer brandon, 15 April 2013 - 06:53 PM

Helloa Aaron,

It appears that, although you are a Pro user, your referenced site is actually using the free version of TubePress.

In order to resolve your current issue, please uninstall your free version of TubePress and install your purchased TubePress Pro version on the site.  Everything should work perfectly once you have done that.

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm trying to create a single gallery using multiple playlists in TubePress Pro on Wordpress 3.5.1. According to the Output Mode section of the documentation I am using the shortcode [tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PL7BAB47CC61ADF98A + PL536C64F1286D6172"].

Using this shortcode causes tubepress to ignore my inputs and display the default gallery. Either playlist works on its own if I remove the + and the other playlist id. (Although the second playlist is missing 3 videos for some reason.)

I assume I'm just not getting the syntax right, though I can't find anything in the documentation that would suggest a different way to do it.

Any help here showing me what I'm missing is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

Please send along a link to your gallery, and make sure that debugging mode is enabled from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Advanced, and we'll take a look at the issue. Shouldn't be difficult to figure out what's going on.

Thanks!

The gallery in question is at http://davidaarnold....stand-up-class/. Note that the currently displayed gallery is the default one and not the two intended playlists. In wordpress, I have entered the shortcode in my original post. I have enabled debugging mode.

Thanks!

Ha! Well I feel silly. Sure enough, I installed the pro version and it works fine! (As a side note, the 3 missing videos had been set to private, so that's what was going on there.)

Thanks for setting me straight!
