Hi,
Just purchased Tubepress pro. But getting No Matching Videos error while using shortcode
[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PL7FFB7DA48F0D9D93" cacheEnabled="false"]
for the page : http://www.watchspor...tv.com/cricket/
I have tried various methods you have suggested in the support forum, but getting the same dreadful error "No Matching Videos".
Please do the needful. I bought Tubepresspro latest version with lot of hopes.

Hi Madhu,
In order for your playlist to work properly, you need to remove the "PL" from the beginning of your playlist ID.
Your code should look like this:
[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="7FFB7DA48F0D9D93" cacheEnabled="false"]
I have tested this and it will properly display your videos.
Let us know if it works for you.
Thanks!

Hi Madhu,
After looking at the debug output of your TubePress installation, I see that your wordpress is adding extra "quotes" to the shortcode values.
You need to use WordPress's Text Editor (as opposed to the Visual Editor), see http://en.support.wo...ss.com/editors/, and make sure that there are no extra quotes. That should clear up all these problems.
Let us know.
Thanks!
