Unfortunately my thumbnail output is cascading down and to the right - and in general there are some spacing issues. I assume I'll have to play with the stylesheet but if anyone can give me a tip I'd appreciate it:

Just wanted to note that I was having this same problem... after investigating, I realized my shortcode was wrapped in a "pre" tag when I copy and pasted it into the visual editor. Switching to text editor and removing the extraneous markup fixed this error.
