I'm having a problem displaying the gallery of a vimeo pro channel. The gallery was working fine until today that is only showing the message "No viewable videos". By the way all vimeo videos are private and showing only via one website and one additional gallery loading videos from a youtube list is working without problems. I have created a demo page with three parts, the first is video emded from the channel (that is working), the second is gallery with one latest video and the third is the complete gallery.
Since the videos are part of subscription services please provide me with your email if you wish to send you the url to examine.

I just sent you a private message via the forum.

One other thing to check is that the Vimeo videos have no privacy controls set on them. We have a developer working on this functionality now, but the current version of TubePress is unable to access Vimeo videos that are not public.

Thank you for your reply

I just replied to your message with the url to check on the vimeo issue. The fact is that the videos are private and only viewable through one website but the gallery was working fine until the day of my first post. If something was changed from the part of vimeo during the past days please update tubepress asap so as to have this funtionality back again.

Hi, I replied to your email but not sure if you got the response. Here's what I wrote:

Thanks for sending that along! The problem definitely appears to be related to the video permissions. Choosing one of your Vimeo albums I'm able to see the list of videos (screenshot).

But clicking on one of the videos in the list produces a "permission denied" error (screenshot).

As I mentioned in the forum, Vimeo videos need to be entirely public for them to be accessible by TubePress (at least until our developer is complete).

Are you able to loosen the restrictions on these videos? Let me know and we'll go from there.

As of this moment, TubePress only supports public videos. We had a developer working on the feature but he was unable to finish the job. This is still a very high priority for us, so please know that it's in the pipeline. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Unfortunately I do not have an ETA for you on when Private Vimeo videos will be available via TubePress.  Sorry.
