I cannot activate TubePress 3.0.0.RC1 nor RC1 on my Wordpress. I get a fatal error. I'm afraid that if I buy I'll get the same problem.
The reason why I need TubePress 3 is because I've got Vimeo pro account and I only want my videos to be viewable through my website. This feature is in TubePress 3, right?

We have a developer dedicated to implementing the ability for TubePress to access private videos. This feature will not be released with TubePress 3.0.0, but instead as a TubePress Add-On sometime shortly after the official release of TubePress 3.0.0. If I had to guess a time for when it will be available, I would say early January. That's assuming that we don't hit any more roadblocks in the implementation.

Sorry that we can't be of more help for the time being! Also, we encourage you to download TubePress 3.0.0.RC2 if you haven't already.

I get a fatal error.

What was the actual error message that you received? I'd be very interest in fixing any bugs that you found.

Thanks!

When I try to activate the plugin I get this:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Class 'tubepress_impl_bootstrap_TubePressBootstrapper' not found in /home/content/41/6420341/html/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/src/main/php/scripts/boot.php on line 42

Thanks!

Hi Rudy,

Another user just posted the identical problem, and I would have the same response for you that I had for them:

Thanks for reporting this. Sounds like this could be a bug in TubePress 3.0.0.RC2.

Are you able to send me a private message (via the forum) so that we could continue to troubleshoot. I would need at least a link to your site, and ideally credentials to with access to your server. This error happens very early in the TubePress boot process, so unfortunately the standard debugging mechanism won't be much help for us.

Also, the output of your site's phpinfo() would be extremely useful.

Anything you could do to help us debug and fix the problem would be most appreciated. Thanks!

I am experiencing the same issue with RC2 in WordPress 3.5. I've tried it on two different sites and gotten the same result.

Fatal error: Class 'tubepress_impl_bootstrap_TubePressBootstrapper' not found in /home/dchelpne/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tubepress_pro_3_0_0/src/main/php/scripts/boot.php on line 42

I'd be happy to send you a message with login info for one of the sites, but I can't login to the forums (I try to login and it just redirects me back to the main website member's area, where I'm already logged in), so I can't send you a private message. Thanks.

May I email you at your curtiss@ten... email address? Thank you so much for your offer in helping me track down this bug!
