Hello Eric,

Would like to show a video on my front page with tubepress.

( Just one )

Would like width= "300" height="250" and certain video from youtube.

Would prefer this open as an overlay, is this possible?

This would be the same video on front page of my site , to replace what I have there now using tubepress.

Hi Mike,

I would try something like this:

[tubepress mode="tag" tagValue="39cFdmWlpwE" resultCountCap="1" paginationAbove="false" paginationBelow="false" playerLocation="shadowbox" thumbHeight="250" thumbWidth="300"]

That should show just the video 39cFdmWlpwE, and when a user clicks on the thumbnail it will open in Shadowbox. Is that what you're after?

Do you have a link to a page that is using that shortcode? I'd be interesting in checking your TubePress debug output.

I have placed it on the front page of:

TubePress tess.

This Auction theme has widgets text boxes for sides and middle of pages.

Only showing the code I placed there.

It looks like the area that you've pasted in the TubePress shortcode is a normal WordPress text widget. That would explain why the shortcode isn't processing into a gallery.

What happen if you swap it for the "TubePress" widget at WP Admin > Settings > Appearance > Widgets?

The issue with that is where I want to display/take over the other has html coding in it and the tubepress widget is striping my code:
