I noticed that all the youtube videos that we have on a wordpress site that display via tubepress stop after 59 seconds. These all worked before. We are running WP 3.3.2 and recently upgraded to Tubepress 2.44 patched up for the new Youtube playlist id format. We have another video on that site that is not using tubepress that plays without a problem.

I am seeing this too. As of today only, yesterday was fine. Happening in IE, FF, & Chrome.

Specifically, videos will stop playing around the one minute mark. Sometimes longer in IE but it still stops. There is no loading icon and often the video had already downloaded more of the song so it is not stopping to buffer. The player actually seems to be frozen, and you can't stop the video via right click, or play it again.

I am using the detached player, providers default.

The results are a little inconsistent. Sometimes a video will play through if I have the page minimised, and it will only freeze if I actually watch the video and interact with the page.

Will post any more relevant info if I find it!

Just testing more in FF - hovering over the video can seem to make it freeze.

Right clicking and selecting stop will bring up the play button. Clicking play will allow the video to play again, but the control bar will not pop up when you hover over. And the progress bar will still be stuck around 1 minute even if the video is playing.

Looks like Google has fixed it already.

Cheers Eric!
