Hi Eric,

I'm working on consolidating my Wordpress sites utilizing the multisite feature of WP 3.0.2. I've installed and activated the TubePress plugin for one of my subsites. However, "TubePress" is not appearing under the settings menu to access the admin features of your plugin (see image below).

Any ideas?

Thanks.
Mike

Hi Mike,

Which version of PHP is the server running? Usually if TubePress doesn't show up in that menu, it means that the server is running something less than version 5.0.2. Have you been able to get TubePress to work on this server before? i.e. in a non-multisite configuration?

Eric,

You were right, it was a PHP version issue. I'm in the process of moving my site(s) to Media Temple and made the mistake of assuming they were running PHP 5+. It turns out the account was set up PHP 4.4.9 by default.

Thanks,
Mike
