Hi,
When you click on one of your thumbs, TubePress makes an Ajax request to fetch the corresponding video's HTML. In your case, TubePress is getting an "HTTP 414: Request-URI Too Long" back from your server. This is a known bug: http://code.google.c...s/detail?id=481. Please star that issue to track updates - it should be resolved in the next version of TubePress.
The workaround for now is to ask your hosting provider to allow long URLs for TubePress. The actual steps required to allow this vary depending on the web server, but your host shouldn't have trouble making the change. If they need an example URL that fails, here's one:
