Weird problem. We have tubepress installed on our wordpress site. Very simple setting, just playing one playlist with thumbnails underneath. It works great, however...
Some of our co-workers in an office in another state have reported that the Tubepress window will only play the first video in the playlist -- when they click on any of the other thumbnails, nothing happens. This is happening cross-browser and cross-platform, tested on a MacBook running Firefox 12, an iPad, and an older PC running IE8. It seems to be fairly consistent, but only at that one office. From our main office everything works fine, and I've tried it from several locations and have been unable to duplicate the problem here.
Is there anything in Tubepress that would only be affected when viewed from a certain IP address? Would firewall or other security settings affect it in any way?
We haven't officially launched the site so I can't really post the link here, but any general ideas would be most helpful, thank you.

Hi,
I can't think of how someone's IP would create a client-side issue like this. Maybe there's an HTTP proxy sitting at that site that's mangling the HTML? That feels like a stretch, though. One thing to try would be to compare your HTML source of the gallery with that of someone at the remote site. Make sure they're identical.
Next, I would have someone at the remote site break out FireBug and see if there are any erorrs on page load.
