And we're happy to have you as a customer!

First question is, have you modified any of TubePress's HTML templates? The reason I'm asking is that it looks like the title is showing below the embedded player instead of above. e.g. in this screenshot "India 2012" is below the embedded flash player. If the template at sys/ui/themes/default/players/normal.tpl.php is modified like this, it could definitely create some strange side-effects like the ones you're experiencing.

Let's start with addressing that. If you want to modify TubePress's templates, we can likely do it in a way that won't result in the weird behavior you're seeing.

Thanks again!

Yes, I moved the title below the box, but it shows up even when I move it back.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

There's an extraneous

</div>
in the template that's confusing TubePress. Could you wipe out your existing TubePress installation and replace it with a fresh copy? I'm fairly certain that would eliminate the problem.

Where specifically is that? I would rather not wipe it out because I have made some changes and do not what to have to fix them again.

The extra "
" is in one of TubePress's templates (at sys/ui/themes/default). It's hard to say, without knowing which files you have edited, but I would guess maybe it's in gallery.tpl.php?

The supported method of making customizations to TubePress's HTML output is via TubePress themes. Themes are 100% safe from being wiped out when you upgrade TubePress, so you might want to consider copying your mods into a theme of your own.

Let us know what you find - thanks!

The only thing that I changed was the CSS and the settings within wordpress. I also re-uploaded the gallery.tpl.php and single_video.tpl.php to the site and it still does it. I even uploaded the original CSS file to see if it was an error on my part, it wasn't.

Any other suggestions? I need this fixed.

Hi,

So, it looks like the clean install fixed the problem? I tested a your gallery and it seems to be fully functional. Are you still seeing something wrong? Let us know. Thanks.
