We have pro version installed - and we are being told by several people they are seeing an audio / video sync issue on the tubepress gallery here... http://dentalhealthc.../video-library/
To confirm it's an issue with tubepress and not persons computer or connection- I did a straight youtube iframe embed of the same video on a different page of the website - and it plays fine - no syncing issues with audio and video. - and they do not see a sync issue.
Oh and the search function on this help forum doesn't work either - gives a "forbidden" error.
Please advise.

Hi,
Which browser and OS have you used to reproduce the sync issue? I viewed your videos on Chrome and FF in Mac and Linux and didn't see any sync problems. I'm definitely interested in investigating this issue. Could be a number of causes but I'll need to figure out how to reproduce it first.
Thanks!
p.s. I'm aware of the "Forbidden" error when searching. A fix is underway, but in the meantime please just post questions and I'm happy to assist.

Well the frustrating thing is many people on various computers see it fine and many do not - they see a sync issue. One computer I know has the issue is the following: Dell Inspiron 530 computer, Windows XP Professional Ver 2002 SP 3, IE 8.0.6001.18702, CenturyLink High Speed internet
Thanks

That's frustrating indeed. I'll try reproduce it on IE8 on Windows 7, but I don't have a copy of XP to test with. I'd be very interested in formulating a reproducible test case. Stand by for results..

We had to take the original page down - since the sync issues was too much to look past - here is the same page for if you need it for reference again... http://dentalhealthcolorado.com/temp/
looking forward to any solutions you might com up with.

Eric, were you ever able to find anything out about the syncing issue? We are still trying to resolve this. Thanks.

Running IE9 with Windows 7, I was able to reproduce the audio/video sync issue. However, I also saw the issue when viewing videos directly on youtube.com. On the machines where you're seeing the problem, do you also see it on youtube.com?
I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to pass the buck. I'm genuinely interested in determining if this is a bug with TubePress and, if it is, fixing the bug. But until we get a reproducible test case there's not much I can do.
Let me know. Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Thanks for your reply. The client only experiences the syncing issue when viewing through tubepress and says it works fine on youtube.com and even on the site itself where we have used youtube's pure embed code: http://dentalhealthc.../video-library/

I've outlined a small plan to test this here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1421#p4776. Please stand by for an update!
