No Support here & site gets this trying to get to my profile to change it.. There appears to be an error with this site. If you are the site administrator, here are a few things you can do: Redeploy the app in the Dashboard (Deploy Latest). Ensure there are at least 2 web instances for redundancy. Submit a ticket recording the error and outcome of Actions 1 & 2.

Can't get the playerLocation="shadowbox" or any location other than normal to work. Can't see why?
