Are you still experiencing issues?

Sorry, still not working ..... Nothing was fixed....

I ran a few tests on other computers -

It does work on some computers (although there's still a problem with http://www.firma-il.com/#!films/c1xiq in all of them- the player's window only opens to something very small),

But on othere computers , you can only hear the sound of the video but you don't see anything but the thumbnails....

I'm sorry that you're still experiencing difficulty! We'll get things squared away for you.

On the computers where it doesn't work, you are almost certainly viewing a cached version of the page. Make sure that when you test, you do a "hard refresh" by holding down the shift key while hitting "reload" in your browser. That will bypass any browser caching and give you a clean look at the page. I've tested your site from a bunch of browsers (with a clean cache) and can confirm that the original problem (only audio, missing video, etc) has been fixed.

It does work on some computers (although there's still a problem with http://www.firma-il.com/#!films/c1xiq in all of them- the player's window only opens to something very small),

This is a setting that we introduced recently that auto-sizes the TubePress widget to fit the content of the gallery. For most customers it works well, but I can see how in your case it looks strange. Let me write up some code that allows you to toggle this setting on or off. Should be able to have it out by this weekend.

In the meantime, as a workaround, I would change TubePress's player location from Shadowbox.js to "normal". You can do this at TubePress Settings > More Settings > Player tab > Play each video. That should make your videos looks a lot better until I can get this new code out.

Let us know how that works out for you and I'll post back here once the new code is published. Thanks!

Today we rolled out a new option for TubePress on Wix. You can now turn off the "auto sizing" functionality that is affecting your site. See the attached image for details on how to access the setting. Please give that a try and let us know how it works for you. Thanks!

I am having the same problem with the shadowbox option.  Clicking the thumbnail launches a very small window within the thumbnails and the video is not viewable.  I followed the instructions for turning off the auto sizing feature but I still do not get a viewable player.

OK, I have just published a new player location that I think will address this problem. Here's how to test it:

  1. Open up TubePress's settings and click the "More Settings" button (screenshot)

  2. Navigate to the "Player" tab.

  3. Under the "Play each video" dropdown, select "with Wix's modal player".

  4. Close the settings window and re-test your gallery.

That should fix things for you. Give it a try and let us know? Thanks!

This still does not work.  I made the change and now the screen goes gray like a shadowbox, but no player comes up.  I can hear the audio that plays with the video, but there is no video player displayed.

Help!

Thanks for testing. I've found the bug and fixed it. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/ti6ThFm.png  (I've blurred out a few things to keep it private).

To test this right now, you'll need to "hard" refresh your browser by holding down the shift key while hitting the refresh button in your browser. Please give it a try and let us know. Thanks!

Works good now, thank you for taking care of this.

Is it possible to completely hide the YouTube logo, and is there anyway to prevent the YouTube suggested videos from appearing at the end of the video?

Also, do you have slider functionality to change the thumbnails so that you can display for example 10 thumbnails using a single row of 5 that "slides" to the other 5 after 3 - 5 seconds?  Is that something that can be developed?  I'd rather not use multiple rows because ultimately we could have 20 - 30 videos in the feed.

Hi billie,

No, it is not possible to completely hide the YouTube logo.

No, we currently do not have slider functionality to change the thumbnails using a slider.  We do love feature requests: https://github.com/t...ment&state=open

Thanks!

Hi Billie,

In order to hide the suggested videos at the end of the video, simply go to your "More Settings" window and then uncheck "Show related videos" under the Player tab.

Thanks!

Do you have a page where we can view the problem first-hand? The link you sent in your PM is using Vimeo videos (which by default don't show anything at the end).
