I just downloaded TubePress Pro and I need to use the Wordpress Template feature but I don't have a folder titles /sys or /sys/classes and definltely no TubePressPro.class.php file.

I tried downloading TubePress Pro (newest version) several times but it is still not there.

Suggestions?

James,

How are you downloading tubepress pro?  Your user name is blue, which means that you do not have a tubepress pro subscription registered to your username.

Thanks!

I got it working Brandon. My official purchase account wasn't letting me in so I created this one :) Your documentation still points to the Sys class when it should point to Src. Even in some of your forums it says "see the new setup here" but then you just point to old documentation. VERY CONFUSING.

James,

Thanks for letting us know about the documentation and this error.  I will let our webmaster know so that they can fix that issue.

Also, there is a way to recover your password as long as you still have the email account that you originally created your TubePress Pro account with.

If you don't have access to that email account, let me know and I'll put you in contact with our accounts department, who should be able to assist you in recovering your password.

Thanks!
