Can't Get Shadowbox Or Popup To Work

I'm running Tubepress 3 on WP 3.5.1. Just installed Tubepress and I did the

special Shadowbox install but it doesn't seem to work. I can't get the "in a popup window"

mode to work either.

I have it in shadowbox mode now. Any suggestions?

I figured it out -- conflict with Norman YouTube plugin: http://www.andreasno...-youtube-plugin
