Hello! I have already paid for TubePress Pro but found another good video tool for my website. How can I cancel payment, return my money and make Tubepress for me unavailable?

Hello,
Our refund policy is outlined in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions. In short, once you have a copy of the software we typically don't issue refunds. As long as you've already cancelled your recurring payments with TubePress, you will not be charged again.
