Hi!  We have TubePress Pro 4.1.8.  We also have the "Vimeo All Access" add-on.   We are trying to pull in an album of 5 videos, one of which is marked as private.  Only 4 of the videos are showing up on our site.  The private one is not.  The privacy settings on Vimeo limit which domains the video can be displayed on.  Our domain is on the list.

What recommended actions should we take to fix the problem?

We are willing to share creds or URLs via PM if it will help.

Thank you.

please send me a PM with the URL to your site and make sure tubepress debug is enabled.

Thanks!

For the sake of troubleshooting, can you try disabling all other plugins, then test TubePress?

Thanks!

I'll try that now, but I'll have to re-enable them once done testing, as it is a live site.

I tried the test, disabling everything but TubePress Pro.  Problem still existed (and the site looked terrible ;P ).

Do you wish to have the WP Admin or vimeo creds for a deeper look?

Thanks.

If you could provide WordPress admin credentials (and optionally Vimeo credentials) to us, that would be fantastic; should allow me to see the problem and fix it quickly. Please feel free to send the credentials via a ticket. Thank you!
