Hi, first of all: thank you for this great plugin!

I'm considering getting the pro version, but there is something I need to know first: does it work well with the Tabby plugin? Is anyone able to test this and let me know..?

I'm trying to display many playlists on a single page, and I'm using the Tabby plugin to keep everything organised (every tab corresponds to 1 playlist). However, the problem in the free version of Tubepress is that it seems that all playlists share pagination.

Example: image I have 2 playlists in 2 tabs, one has 3 pages worth of videos, the other has only 1. If I switch to page 3 in one playlist, then switch tabs to the other playlist: then I will see a message saying there are no videos to be displayed. This is because Tubepress tries to display page 3 of a playlist with only 1 page worth of videos.

Now if I read the pro version features correctly, then I think that this problem will be solved. However, I'd like to know for sure before I buy :)

Is there someone who can try out the combination of Tubepress and Tabby for me, and let me know if there are any issues?

Thank you! I really appreciate it :)

Amir,

Would you please private message me with the code (shortcodes for tabby and tubepress) from one of your pages where you are using tabby, so I can test in a dev environment, with TubePress Pro.

Thanks!

Thank you, Brandon!

The website I need it for is public: https://taidoworld.com/lessons/

You should be able to test everything with these shortcodes:

[tabby title="Bunkai (applications)"]
[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLxAbcRqH0d1grvhBi6BPnK_f6IdV08ubt" resultCountCap="0"]

[tabby title="All videos"]
[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLxAbcRqH0d1gyM5EMPYOz9ypxcXPKhwOA" resultCountCap="0"]
The first playlist only has 1 video, but the second playlist has many. Could you try selecting the second playlist, navigating to another page, and then select the first playlist again..? If everything went well, you should still see a video in the first playlist.

Let me know if it works! Thank you very much for your time - I appreciate it! :)

Oh and don't forget to include the following shortcode to indicate the end of the Tabby plugin:

[tabbyending]

Amir,

I'm going to ask our developer to take a quick look, to see if there is an easy fix for this issue.

Thanks!

Amir,

I retract my previous comment. I realized I hadn't turned on AJAX pagination prior to trying the Tabby Plugin.  Once AJAX pagination was enabled, it worked wonderfully, as expected.

Thanks!
