Hi,

I have a client's website that uses multiple playlists with youtube and wants to be able to put each playlist on individual pages, I think your program can do this could you please verify for me.

Thank you.

Victor

Hello Victor

Yes, you can use the [tubepress] shortcode and associated shortcode options (found here: http://docs.tubepres...ence/index.html )

to create as many TubePress galleries as you would like.

Thanks!

Thanks for the link, it definitely helped.

Before I purchase the Pro version, I have been testing the plug-in and am running into an issue that the videos will not play. Here I have it with a shadowbox, but I've also tried it with a video on top with the others below it in neither way. Will it work.  Could you please direct me on what I need to do to make this happen?

Please let me know if you need anything else so we can get this remedied since the program we are currently using is no longer supported.  This plug-in is the perfect solution so I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Victor

Hi Victor, I receive a 404 not found when I follow that link.

Kindly provide a link to a page that has TubePress on it and I'll be more than happy to assist you.

Thanks!

Hello Victor,

When clicking on any of your thumbnails, I receive the following error:

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://www.alternati...eryId=90714973"

Can you ensure that the ajaxEndpoint.php file is in the correct location?

Thanks!

You will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance with this.

Thanks!

Hello,

I show the file ajaxendpoint.php using filezilla and found it in your plugin with the permissions at 664.  I tried changing them to 775 and 777 with no results.  Am I missing something here?

Hi Victor,

Is the file located at this location:

/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/src/main/web/php/ajaxEndpoint.php

If not, you need to place it there.  If it is, you need to work with your hosting provider to troubleshoot why it is returning a 404 Not Found when it is in the correct location.

Thanks!
