I was following another thread that is now locked down.

I still have grey overlay issue. I talked to the server admin, he checked the logs and came back with this:
(I got blocked from the TubePress site when I pasted the error code, so I'll break it down into chunks)

Fatal error:  Call to a member function createEachIfNotExists() on a non-object
Error Location: OptionsStorageInitListener.php on line 35

I do have the complete log readout, but the above message seems to indicate the problem. Can I get some clarification on how this occurs and what I can  do to fix it. Thanks -- Mark

Hi Mark,

I still get that same Internal Server error and I just threw together a test environment using your same versions of TubePress, WordPress, PHP and even used the same shortcode.  I did not receive this error or problem when using any of the 3 major PC browsers.

This points to the fact that it is an issue on your server and not with TubePress.

Please ask your server admin to take a look at the logs and permissions and see if he sees anything else that could be giving you this 500 Internal Server error message.

Thanks!

Hey Mark,

I can understand your frustration.  I have one more thing to try, and that is to completely uninstall TubePress (don't worry, your configurations are saved in the WordPress SQL Db) and then download a fresh copy and re-install.

It is possible that during the installation something became corrupted.

Please give that a try and then let me know.

Morning Brandon,

Nope, that didn't do it. I've got something else to try on my end and then will get back to you.

Regards -- Mark
