Jeff,

In viewing the debug output from your page, it appears that while TubePress is finding 36 videos, it is only able to build 6 of those videos into the gallery.  Please check the settings on your vimeo account to ensure that the videos are embeddable and are not set to private.

Let us know.

Thanks!

Thank you for looking into this. Unfortunately, ALL of the 36 videos ARE marked public and embed-able. What can you suggest at this point?

Jeff, I'm sorry for not responding sooner.

I have passed this up to one of our developers to see if they have some insight.  We should have an answer for you soon.

Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

For troubleshooting purposes, could you please change the Theme you are using from your custom theme to the default one?

That will help us in troubleshooting and knowing whether the issue is caused by your custom theme or if something else is going on.

Let us know!

Thanks!

Brandon...

I have set up this test page---independent of my theme. It works here:

http://www.makesocia...tubepress-test/

Also, I am changing currently to Genesis framework & theme. The page can be seen here on a Genesis-powered sub-domain since it's not ready to go live. The problem persists on the new theme:

What can you tell me?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

This looks like there is a problem with the custom TubePress Theme that you are using.

I say this because Tubepress works properly on the tubepress-test page, however it doesn't work on the test.makesocial page.

Could you copy/paste into this post, or send via PM, the code of your theme for us to review?

Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

I believe what Brandon meant was to switch the TubePress theme, not WordPress theme. i.e. change

[tubepress mode="vimeoAlbum" vimeoAlbumValue="1851139" title="true" theme="msms"]

to

[tubepress mode="vimeoAlbum" vimeoAlbumValue="1851139" title="true"]

Make sense? Please give that a whirl on one of your test pages and let us know. Thanks!

Eric & Brandon...

I tried what you suggested, Eric. No dice. You can see the page here

http://www.makesocia...selling-tips-2/

No longer has:

[tubepress mode="vimeoAlbum" vimeoAlbumValue="1851139" title="true" theme="msms"]

Has:

[tubepress mode="vimeoAlbum" vimeoAlbumValue="1851139" title="true" ]

and the problem persists.

Thoughts?

Hi Jeff,

Looks like this page is actually still using the "msms" theme. This is likely because you have selected that theme at WP Content > Plugins > Settings > TubePress > Theme. So when you don't explicitly define the theme in a shortcode, TubePress uses whatever you chose from the options page.

Please try this shortcode instead:

[tubepress mode="vimeoAlbum" vimeoAlbumValue="1851139" title="true" theme="default"]

That will force TubePress to use the "default" theme, and then we can have another look. Sound good? Thanks.
