Hello, loving your software thus far after only 48 hours or so...

However, 2 things:

1) I have created 2 videos, in Vimeo, in one same album. Tubepress only shows a thumbnail for one of them whiclwe in a rest (static) state I have used each and every player setting (Shadow box, Tiny Box etc...) and no luck seeing the other thumbnail(s), except if I watch to the end of the one video whose thumbnail does show and then it does show up in the Shadow box, for example)

2) Finally is there a limit to how long the title of each thumbnail video can be ? I notice that my title "Soon to be instructional video for the masses" (just a sample video), is cut off at the bottom...

Please go to my site to check what I am referencing.....and thanks in advance.

Jim

Hi Jim,

1) I have created 2 videos, in Vimeo, in one same album. Tubepress only shows a thumbnail for one of them whiclwe in a rest (static) state I have used each and every player setting (Shadow box, Tiny Box etc...) and no luck seeing the other thumbnail(s), except if I watch to the end of the one video whose thumbnail does show and then it does show up in the Shadow box, for example)

First I just want to make sure I understand the problem. You can only see one thumbnail? When I view your gallery, I see two thumbnails. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/tFLmnIi.png. Are you seeing something else?

2) Finally is there a limit to how long the title of each thumbnail video can be ? I notice that my title "Soon to be instructional video for the masses" (just a sample video), is cut off at the bottom...

We are getting ready to publish a fix that will "auto size" the row of thumbnails so that long video titles can fit. No official release date but I would say within a month or so. The workaround for the meantime, unfortunately, is to simply reduce the length of your video titles.

Let us know how else we can help. Thanks!

Yes, thank you, somehow the problem of not seeing the thumbnails went away shortly after I had emailed you. Thanks for your help.

But I have a new problem now.

If you go to my site,   http://www.newportcoast-sma.com/     you will see that the audio does not match clearly with the video, however, on Vimeo itself, the association is perfect between audio and video, any ideas here?

Thanks in advance.

jim

Hello,

The Vimeo version of my video is fine in that the audio and video match up evenly. (My lips match the sound they are producing).

However, when I import to tubepress, they become out of sync.

Here is my site, please click on the one video in the gallery and you can see what I mean.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jim,

That's strange indeed. I tested the audio with a few different browsers and was unable to reproduce the problem. Could you let us know which browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc) and operating system that you're using? I'll try to match your environment and try again.

Thanks!

Sure, thanks Eric, I am usingh Mozilla Firefox, 20.0, and I just opened my site again, and the syncing problem persists, at various times, but not always, please watch it through.

Also,

I started a thread about autoplay..is there a way that one specific video can autoplay in tubepress? I could not figure it out and I had to simply attach a separate video in my Wix site.

thanks, jim
