I understand that Tubepress Pro now allows for sequential play of an embeded Youtube playlist.

Is there a working demo of this feature available to view?

Thanks.

Dave.

Hi Dave,

As described in the release announcement for 2.4.2, the feature showcase has fallen behind and I'm taking the next couple weeks to address that. So the short answer is no, there's no live demo of this yet. However I can guarantee that the "auto-next" feature is fully functional and 100% supported!

Does that answer your question for now?

Eric - thanks for your reply!

I would like to see it in action first just to ensure it is what I need for a client project.

I will check back with the your features showcase in the coming weeks and for others out there, if you have this feature in use on your site, can you post a link here?

Thanks again Eric.

Dave.

Dave,

It just occurred to me that the simple demo has auto-next enabled. Give it a try!

Thanks,

Eric

Eric - seems to be a glitch in the demo and I tried it on two different computers.

I hit PLAY on the main video (Obama on Fallon) at the end "related videos" appear and the next video in the sequence (Ninja Turtles) starts playing - but only the audio no video.

My hope is the videos in the sequence play automatically (with video : ) ) soon after the previous video concludes.

Interesting - I then click on a 17 second perfume video and the next video played correctly. Perhaps a glitch when starting with the main video?

Dave.

Thanks for checking that out. There's definitely something fishy with the sequence from video #1 -> #2. For me it loads video #2 in an HTML popup (which, by the way, confounds me). But like you said, clicking another video results in a smooth sequence. Let me investigate more and report back. Thanks again.
