Normal mode places the video on the top and thumbnails below, I want to have only the thumbnails in one page and when they click on a thumbnail being taken to another page with selected video and 3 thumbnails below it. 

is this possible?

yes this is possible, you will have to create a tubepress template and then customize it to do exactly what you are looking to accomplish.

 

That particular customization, however, is beyond the level of support provided here.

Yes, TubePress Pro should be working with no issues in the Android default browser.
