Developers License Renewals

I am considering purchasing the TubePress Pro developers license, I am however curious about the renewals.  I am not a big Fan of subscription software.  I have seen subscription scripts and programs were renewal is not necessary to continue using, you just no longer get tech support or upgrades.  Is that the case here.  When the year is up is it possible to continue using TubePress without support and/or upgrades or is the renewal necessary for the script to continue working?

Thanks for contacting us and thanks for your interest in TubePress. If you purchase any of our software, including the Developer's License, you may use the software forever; we don't have any time-based switches/bombs in the code or anything like that. However in order to continue to receive support and upgrades, you'll need to renew or maintain your paid subscription. You can also cancel recurring payments to us at anytime and continue to enjoy support and upgrades for the remainder of your billing term. For instance, you could purchase today, cancel recurring payments immediately, and still enjoy a year of paid service.

Hi Eric, Thanks for the speedy reply.  That was exactly what I was looking for.  I imagine I will continue subscription, however I hate the thought of being forced to.  As long as I am able to renew in the future if the need for an upgrade or support arises I am a happy camper!
