Hi - I have a page filled with a number of galleries, each based off a separate YouTube playlist. I noticed the videos weren't playing today so upgraded to the most recent version and upgrade to pro. However, I am still getting the following error when I try to use the playlist shortcode found in the documentation. Any ideas?...

code used: [tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLzJkES3HUG_bA3sDMoObEqyHYOc38VEBU"]

Error:  YouTube responded with an error: Bad Request

Evidently I needed a new API key, which I did generate. However, although the video galleries and thumbnails are loading, they are dead. Nothing happens when you click on the thumbnails or links. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance

Please provide a link to your site (here or via PM), and enable TubePress Debugging so that we may take a look and get you up and running.

Thanks!

I was able to get the thumbnails to load and the shadowbox to pop up, but nothing plays inside the window. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Thanks!

Yes, I have already done that - installed both the JW player and the shadowbox that's what got me to where it is now. Other ideas?...

your site reports a 404 not found error for both shadowbox files

see below

Please make sure they are in the proper location.

I did actually already install these files once but perhaps when I uninstalled to troubleshoot, these files were deleted? Regardless, I have uploaded them again and am still having the same trouble.

Looks Like Wonder Plugin - Lightbox is interfering with TubePress.

Can you try disabling that plugin and then give it another try?

Thanks!

Deactivated that plugin - no change. Any other ideas?...

Thanks!

It appears that multiple instances of jQuery are being loaded.  One from WordPress (TubePress and other plugins calling it) and one from Google API.

Once you get down to a single jQuery, should be good to go.

Thanks!
