Hi,

 

How do I make my tubepress control to reload the page on every new thumbnail click? Currently, it beautifully loads the content using ajax, but I would rather prefer without ajax full page load. Please suggest. 

 

I tried ajaxPagination=false but it doesn't work.

I tried using my pro account account but didn't get through even after resetting the password couple of times. Please help. There is no other way to reach out to support.

Try this shortcode:

[tubepress playerLocation="static"]

That should reload the page on thumbnail click. If it still doesn't work for you, please send along a link to your site and we can take a look.
