Is it possible to achieve these two things?

 

- In a YouTube gallery, I want a specific video to be selected at all times for the main video when tubepress gallery page is loaded (all the other videos below then will show based on the latest update from the that YouTube user). 

 

Pretty much, is it possible to set a "featured video"

 

 

- While autoplay is selected prevent just the FIRST video from autoplaying when the gallery is loaded so that users that initially land on the tubepress page can choose what they wanna see?

 

Please disregard the second question  - I figured it out. I had to make sure Lazy Play is on but Autoplay is off.

Hi Denis,

 

By adding "tubepress_video=<somevideoid>" to the URL, you can select any video that will show up first.

For instance, http://somesite.com/...deo=JMJ6KfB_GLc will prepend the YouTube video "JMJ6KfB_GLc" to any gallery on that page.
